• Smoked Salmon Pizza « Gravlax, Crow's Dairy Quark, capers, dill, arugula, lemon, red onion, flaky salt


• Heirloom Tomato Salad | Heirloom, beefsteak and, cherry tomato, watermelon, feta, micro greens, extra virgin olive oil, reduced Balsamic, coarse salt, cracked pepper



• Lamb Chops | New Zealand lamb loin, mint pesto, roasted tri-colored carrots with gratin potatoes and red wine reduction


• Asparagus, Leek, and Gruyere Quiche | Individual quiche in a flaky crust served with field greens
